[Recommended for 3 - 4 People] Have a half a cow! This share is 250-300 lbs. It’s $11.20/lb.  You can expect a nice mix of about 20-25% steaks, 20-25% roasts, 35-40% ground beef, and 5-10% bones and offal. We do our best to divide the cuts fairly between the shares, however since this is not the whole share, you may not see every cut in this share. Ideal for a family that enjoys about 4.5 lbs of beef per week, or entertains often. Fits well into an 9-cubic foot chest freezer. After the deposit is received we will arrange a time for you to pick up in Petaluma.
