You can expect a nice mix of about 20-25% steaks, 20-25% roasts, 35-40% ground beef, and 5-10% bones and offal. Ideal for a family (or families and friends sharing) that enjoys about 9 lbs of beef per week. This is also a great option if you want to split it with friends and spread the savings out amongst yourselves. Fits well into an 18-cubic foot chest freezer. After the deposit is received we will arrange a time for you to pick up your share. Upon pick up you will be required to pay the balance of your share minus the deposit. Please contact us if you have any questions about this process.
